1000 Waco Rd Apartments

I have lived here now for the past 6 months now and have nothing but trouble. Our air conditioner broke multiple times and after the last time their only response was to tell us to buy/rent a window unit from them. Our dishwasher also backed up multiple times and had to have them come out to fix em. There is trouble with parking. Each apartment gets two spots but most people park in the wrong spots and when you are forced to park somewhere else everyone likes to bang on your door or complain. No... guest parking at all any guests have to park by the dumpsters. The neighbors have young kids running through the streets and pay no attention. There have been multiple times when their children have run out into the front of my car as I was driving. The grounds itself is always dirty. Cigarettes butts, trash, the playground always had children's shoes , socks, bowls, trash, left over food, etc. I have had my dog get sick because it picked something up from the park when I was walking him. I will admit that she actual size of the apartment is nice for the low price but do not expect much. Read More
