My experience at Album Benbrook is like having a "new home" rather than just another "apartment "! As a Resident, it has become gaining new "friends & extended family" in an environment offering everything from board games, cards, informative meetings, crafts & shared culinary experiences! The Staff is exceptional and always available to assist you with any needs or concerns Im excited to share that my 4th year at Album is coming up, and that in itself speaks volumes! Album is "Home"!

I’m very uncomfortable here, some of the people are rude and make me feel unwelcome! They go so far as to make rude comments in front of my young grandchildren! So unnecessary!

Generally a great place to live. Would appreciate the company finding the cause of bad odors in hallways and not just covering them up with toxic, hidden in overhead vents, artificial deodorizers. The exercise classes have slowly been reduced over time which is unfortunate. Maintenance staff are great. Upkeep has been good.

The staff st Album are awesome and very caring. The apartments are outstanding and very well maintained. The maintenance department is right on anything that may be needing repaired.The amenities are well worth living here. The calendar of events is so awesome and so personal and very well thought out
