Elevators that breakdown too often. Gates to parking area also experience occasional breakdowns.
Don't like outsourcing of extermination service.

After nine months at The Album, I can honestly say this place has felt more like home than I ever expected. The community is kind, the staff truly cares, and there’s a peaceful rhythm to daily life here that’s hard to find elsewhere. I love how everything from the cozy shared spaces to the thoughtful events encourages connection without ever feeling forced.

The apartment is too small. The bathrooms are great. It is easy for someone using a wheelchair or walker to get into them. We do have some noisy neighbors and a noisy dog in a yard downstairs sometimes.
