Close to University of North Texas, great pool and workout room for tenants, great staff. We dealt with Qunicy Williams from the beginning through the move in and he took excellent care of us. I flew in from Washington State to look for an apartment for my daughter and he was great to work with, then he was very helpful when my daughter moved in the following weekend.

Living at Alta Rayzor Ranch has been a mostly positive experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with quality finishes and spacious layouts. The amenities especially the pool and fitness center are clean and convenient. The location is a major plus, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Management is generally responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
Overall, it's a comfortable place to live with a great location and solid... amenities.
