    BE AWARE

    This property is click bait. 1. It’s by railroad tracks… 2. There’s loud Jets that fly over ATLEAST every other hour during the day.. 3. The staff is bland and they don’t seem to be very personable, they’re just there to get paid. 4. We have put in a work order to get our refrigerator filter replaced and it’s been 2.5 weeks since we’ve even heard from anybody. 5. Lastly, and definitely not the least. NOT EVEN lived here for A MONTH and we have encountered ROACHES 3 different times (keep in mind… they spray at the end of each month, we moved in at the beginning of August), and ANTS! Why are ants in my dryer? EVEN AFTER they sprayed!

    WHY should we sit here and report this to the staff IF WE JUST MOVED IN, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH! It should have been cleaned, it should have been sprayed BEFORE we moved in. NO EXCUSES!

    Thankfully they have a new 30 day guarantee on the lease agreement, and we were able to get out of our lease before the first 30 days was up! - Praise God for that.

    Very disappointing for a place that looks and seems so nice to have encountered a review like this.
