The house can only be accessed by taking the stairs. For your peace of mind, a security camera keeps watch over the driveway. Bring bug spray, as the mosquitos can get really bad in Crystal Beach. Important house rules include a maximum occupancy of 10 people, no smoking, no parties or events, and no parking under the house. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours and do not move any furniture during your stay. Grill only on the patio area downstairs and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on any available water hoses and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains. Lock doors and windows upon departure.
