Located just a 5-minute walk or a short drive to the beach, these homes are ideally situated for family reunions or group getaways.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the property. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not park under the houses; park only on the driveway and be careful not to hit the pilings. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Do not leave food out that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. If there is any accidental damage, notify the host immediately. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area downstairs; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If something is accidentally broken, notify the host immediately. If damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, the renter may be responsible for replacement or repair costs. Lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. If the renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If the renter must evacuate during their stay due to a tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty; swimming is at the visitor's own risk. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
