Both houses have large living rooms designed for group gatherings, with plenty of seating and open layouts perfect for socializing or relaxing. Each house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything needed to cook meals for your group. Additional features include laundry rooms for convenience during longer stays, outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and charcoal grills for a barbecue.
Located just a short walk from the beach, these homes are perfectly situated for easy access to the shore. Ideal for group vacations, family reunions, or gatherings, these side-by-side homes offer space, comfort, and convenience.
The entirety of the houses are yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter’s closet, and the garage of each house. Maximum occupancy is 18 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to the final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Parking is only allowed on the driveway, and care should be taken not to hit the pilings with your vehicle. Smoking, parties, and events are prohibited, and engaging in illegal activities on the property is not allowed. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay, and any accidental damage should be reported immediately. Noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours. Grilling is only permitted downstairs on the patio area, and the grill should be cleaned after use. Sand should be rinsed off in the shower under the house, and sandy shoes left on the deck by the front door. Feminine hygiene products and grease should not be flushed or poured down the drains to avoid damage to the septic system. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. In case of tropical storm or hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for lost days will be provided. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards, and swimming is at the visitor’s own risk. The property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for loss or damage of personal property. By accepting the reservation, renters assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
