Guests must maintain a good level of cleanliness. Noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours. Furniture, indoor or outdoor, should not be moved. Grilling is permitted downstairs on the patio area only, and grills must be cleaned after use. Sand should be rinsed off in the outdoor shower after visiting the beach, and sandy shoes should be left on the deck by the front door. Feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected items should not be flushed down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Grease should not be poured down the drains.
