Each house features 4 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 master suites with king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Both homes boast large living rooms designed for group gatherings, complete with ample seating and open layouts. The fully equipped kitchens in each house are ready for you to cook meals for your group. Additional conveniences include laundry rooms, outdoor showers, and charcoal grills.
Parking is available on the driveway. Charcoal grills are available for use.
Located just a 5-minute walk to the beach, these homes are ideally situated for easy access to the shore. They are perfect for group vacations, family reunions, or gatherings.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited. Parties or events are not allowed. Please do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Avoid leaving food out that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill downstairs on the patio area only, as grilling on the deck is against Galveston County ordinance. Please clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house after going to the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If anything is accidentally broken, please notify us immediately. If damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at the renter's expense. Please lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. In case of tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If evacuation is necessary during your stay, you will be credited for all days lost. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
