austin place
Austin place apartments is a good place to live because its only 685 or 700 a month for a 2 bed and thats good for brenham but last year they took away the pool so thats the down side but other that its a pretty good place to live

Fourteen Years and counting...
My husband and I have lived in the apartment since we were married in 2001. The rent was reasonable for such a large space compared to other apartments in the city. Others are smaller and more expensive. Ours is 900sq feet. Two bedroom, one bath, W/D unit in the galley kitchen. Assigned parking, balcony and pets are cool.
Our maintained man fixes things at a reasonable time. Our manager, Maria, is very capable.
The one drawback is the swimming pool was closed and filled in. I would prefer that... a small playground be placed there, but plans are underway to build a lounge area. There are children here and I feel a playground would be better.
Our neighbors are quite and many are families.
Centrally located in Brenham. A very short drive to anywhere in town.
We love it here and would not have stayed for so long if we didn't.
