**** DO NOT RENT HERE *****

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT RENT HERE. The staff is very deceptive and not honest. I agree with the previous post that the management company will find every reason not to refund your deposit. We did not receive a refund of our deposit. My family lived here for 1-year and after living there for a few months realized that we made a bad decision to rent here. The carpet was filthy upon move in, we were shown a different unit than the one that was available when completing the application; they... charged us for the nail holes in the wall that were used to hang pictures. Although the lease clearly states that nail holes are allowed to hang pictures. Just as the previous tenant mentioned .... the pipes and sewer system does not function properly. It was a huge problem because the toilets constantly overflowed. Routine maintenance request were considered extra.
I highly recommend anyone that is looking for apartment do not rent here.

Hello, I am the new manager as of June 15, 2019. I'm sorry you had issues with the prior management. We are going to do everything we can to make our tenants experience a much better one.

Do not rent here

Please do not move in these units for your sake! As a single mother of two, I was horrified on moving day when both toilet were clogged with illegal drugs that I had to fix before my kids got three! That was just the beginning, the washer was broken for weeks filled to the rim with stagnet water with bugs inside. When they did come to finally fix it I was told it was a good thing I never ran it because the wires were melted and it could have caused a fire. Which my smoke alarms were NOT... functioning in move in either. There was food in the sink. The carpets were stained and disgusting. It was not move in ready! The fans didn’t work. The only thing I received out of this was the maintenance man coming over and using a household carpet cleaner to ‘clean’ the carpets when I was promised a cleaning crew to make up for this. The management of this building DOES NOT care about the tenets one bit. Every person I met there has nothing good to say about the assistant manager Heather. Or The management as a whole. They seriously just flat do not care. Worst apartment I have ever came across. I left that apartment in better shape than I revived it. In my Lease it stated I could hang a TV mount. I hung one. They kept my entire $825.00 deposit. Unbelievable they they stole my entire deposit for a $50 repair. I can’t post my pictures of the apartment here, and the state it was in on my move in day so I will cross post this post with the pics on to Yelp and many other sites to warn anyone I can about the kind of people that run this apartment and what they think is acceptable. The reviews on here that gave Bridgewood 5 stars are fabricated by their company. I give one star because it will not let me give zero.

It is the practice of the management to ensure that every tenant's time living at the Bridgewood Executive Suites is a pleasant one. We can not validate the claims as being true that there was indeed items broken, wires that would cause a fire,... drugs, etc. when the tenants moved in. Upon move in every tenant is given an inventory and condition form to fill out that addresses each and every room in their apartment. We do not have any forms with the above mentioned items. Nor is it the practice of the management company to handle repairs as mentioned. In all of our leases, it clearly states that tenants are not allowed to make holes in the woodwork, floors, or walls except that a reasonable number of small nails may be used to hang pictures. If a tenant happens to do something that they are not allowed to do in their lease like mount a TV, paint etc., they are given a chance to do the repair themselves or forfeit the cost from their security deposit. When tenants have moved out, they are sent a Security Deposit Itemization document that notates all deductions from their security deposit. Without knowing which tenant this was, I can't address all the reasons their security deposit may have been kept, but the mount repair was not the only reason as that would not have been an $825 repair cost. The tenant's leases state all the reasons that a security deposit may be held which include repairs, late fees, unpaid rent, etc. It is unfortunate that someone moved out and did not have a pleasant experience while living here. Had we known, we would have done something to make things right as we do value our tenants and there are many short and long term renters at the Bridgewood Executive suites who would agree.
