Canyon Village - Nice, affordable, convenient
Canyon Village Apartments are well-kept and the layout is great too. Big closets, a lot of cabinet space, and free cable/Internet! The laundry room is clean, and there's never issues with parking. It doesn't have central air conditioning, but the wall-mounted AC is more than sufficient. It's definitely affordable and conveniently located just a couple blocks from the University campus. Definitely a walkable distance. Perfect for students and/or affordable living.
