Incredible new manager. Property Manager is attentive and takes pride is improving the community. She genuinely cares about people and empathy is second nature for her. She’s excellent at what she does and I’m forever greatful!! Happy to see all the good changes, and looking forward to what may come next.

Very outdated fixtures appliances all are dingy and old. Apartment was dingy and dirty i moved in. Carpets were also dirty. Maintenance was terrible. It was hard to get them out to do any repairs in a timely fashion. There are much better options in Canyon Tx. Everything very outdated. This is a good example of a big company doing bad business. When we left they kept deposit plus charged me another 75 dollars on top of that for the apartment condition. I agreed to some of the charges and we… had put up curtains and hung up pictures and things on the walls. But no way was that apartment left dirty when we left. I protested the manager said he would take care of it and call me back of course he never did. After calling him back he had changed his mind and decided he was not going to refund some of my deposit. My daughter just moved in yesterday & I am pretty disappointed in the apartment. New carpet in living room & 1 bedroom...really nice BUT in my daughter's bedroom old, stained, filthy carpet. Asked why they said bc it was really dirty in other bedroom so she got new carpet. Shower curtain rod feel & broke already & frankly the apartment is dirty! Grounds look shaby too. Overall feel cheated for the price & very very disappointed. Will not give this place recommendations!

Very Shady business practices. When I started to look at this place, one of the office employee explained to me how much my lease would be... so, I decided to sign the contract 2 weeks later to find out my rent went up $20/month in 2 weeks. They are not clear about fees upfront. They keep adding extra charges after I signed the contract. Those charges were never mentioned in the lease agreement. Most of the staff are young and not very knowledgeable, different person told me different… information every time. even the manager seems to be clueless.
