ROACHES! LACK OF COMMUNICATION! MAINTENANCE!
These apartments are genuinely disgusting. We got a 2bed apartment. We viewed a unit similar and we found dead roaches in the freezer. Our unit that we moved into has water damage/mold where the washer used to be, there’s exposed wiring in the water heater closet, it’s basically impossible to get a hold of the office if you work a 9-5 since they refuse to answer the phone it seems. Nothing in these apartments are updated.. I mean the second bedroom doesn’t even have a ceiling light, but that’s… me being nitpicky. And back on the roach topic, this place is infested with them. They have pest control come out every week on Tuesday (their words) to take care of them, clearly there’s something wrong if you have to have pest control come every week. This place needs a full inspection or something because these people are not trying to solve anything.
