This apartment has the potential to be great thanks to the looks of the inside BUT it’s impossible to get into contact with the office. Emails are ignored, calls are ignored and even work orders. Move in was a nightmare! Wasn’t even cleaned, dead bugs, live roaches, AC can’t get below 75 and stays running, broken fan pulls still not fixed and the there’s a leak since move in in our master closet. Whole carpet stays wet. Moved in on the 31st of July, it’s August 18th and still nothing resolved... and or fixed. Only thing was pest control coming once to help with the roach problem. No issues really. Wish we had more amenities is for the price pay but other than that people are quiet friendly office is nice but I really do wish we had like a clubhouse lot of apartments in the area. Have game houses where there’s like an Internet you can use pool tables. I wish we had something like that or we had a pickle ball court.

Marcos was one of the best I have seen in apartment management.
Not only is he very cheerful and friendly every time I walk in the door, He is quick to address any question or concern I may have.
He is very knowledgeable of this apartment complex and I think exceeds in his management abilities. Weather he stays in apartment management of moves up to more challenging management careers, He is one to look out for and to keep in contact with! Success will follow him!

I have lived here 10 years now and still going. It’s a nice quiet community and has all I need. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants , shops and grocery stores. That’s why I’ve been a long time resident. It’s perfect for me.
