Poor Management/Security - Nice Complex

We moved in a few months ago and really loved the vibe of the complex. The floorplans are great and open. The issue is we have now had our cars broken into TWICE in the few months we have lived here. When speaking with management about it, they DO NOT care. They will not increase security, increase lighting in dim areas of the parking lots, or even offer an apology or empathetic response. I get it, they can't control crime, but come on, you can at least put up lights! Their recommendation was to… get a dash cam, so I guess, there is another piece of equipment for them to break in and steal!

WONDERFUL!

This is going to be our fourth year at Bexley and we are VERY happy. The grounds are resort-style beautiful and the units are modern and look and feel more like a condo than an apartment. Many floor plans to pick from. If you need maintenance it is taken care of quickly and efficiently. We see ourselves living here for many more years to come!

Very poor maintenance management ruined this place for us

Maintanence issues really ruined Bexley at Lakeline for us, unfortunately. Within days, one thing after another broke or needed repair and maintenance technicians would take as long as 2 weeks to repair it. Sadly the first repair frequently didn't correct the problem so we would have to report the issue again and a second maintenance visit was required to do the job right (adding more time). For a relatively new complex we started experiencing maintenance issues within days of moving in. Other… residents we've chatted with have reported similar maintenance issues. We were forced to leave our lease early, but frequent attempts to sit down with supervisors to discuss our situation were ignored by lower level managers in the lobby. We tried to give this place a chance. The gym and pool were highlights of our 3.5 month stay. Safe to say the rest of the experience fell drastically short.

PERFECT HOME!

I am a person that does research before I decide on something. I wanted to stay in this area because it is convenient to EVERYTHING. I did my research and Bexley was hands down the nicest apartment complex in this area. They have EVERYTHING you need. They even have bicycles they loan out to the residents. Who does that?!
The complex is beautiful with wooded areas all over the complex with big huge rocks and what I call a babbling brook when it rains. They have wild bunny rabbits running around… in the complex. It’s like being in true nature living here.
My boyfriend and I moved here Sept 18th this year and we have never been happier. Well he’s happy, I’m ecstatic! I know that may sound corny but this is truly the nicest apartment I personally have ever lived in. It feels like a true home, not just an apartment. The office staff have been wonderful to us and have bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed after moving into our new home. They are a great group of people that have shown us they really do care about their residents. They are friendly and down to earth, and easy to talk to. We plan on being here a very long time.
