Emaret at Coastal Pointe is an apartment community
Smooth move in process. Moved in to a one bedroom. Loving my area. Staff is very nice. Great price range for my budget. They are remodeling, and painting outside of apartments. Lots of upgrades. Looking forward to a great stay for a second time.

Good for the price
They seem to be remodeling the apartments from the last time I stayed there a a few years ago. The insides are nice, the floor paneling looks clean, the appliances are new, and for a one bedroom it's very spacious. My only complaint is that with the age of the building comes with old wiring. Hooking up your internet may be a problem, and the bathroom is a bit small, but other than that they are doing a good job at trying to restore the old place.

Could Be Better...
For the most part they're decent, but their curticy goes out the window sometimes. When put a work order in for a repair, it could days to weeks before anything gets fixed. And when they feel its time they WILL enter. If your naked or not, the job must be done, no matter how late. As far as communication on whats going on with repairs, good luck because no one knows anything until the very last second.
