Located across the street from campus and near Postoak Mall, Century Square, Napa Flats, Atami, and the nightlife of Northgate, you’ll be in the center of all the action. Kyle Field is just 3 minutes away, and the George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum and MSC Opas Theater are a short drive away.
Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and in the winter, turn it down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; a fee of $300 plus $25 per person will be retained for unauthorized guests. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, you will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster, or a $20 charge will apply. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or trusted partner may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission. Any guest found using illegal drugs or allowing others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused. Guests must digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in, and must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the booking agreement.
