Centrally located just one mile from Texas A&M University and minutes from Kyle Field, Blue Bell Park, Reed Arena, and the George Bush Library. The home is also near the main intersection of Wellborn Rd & Park Pl.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable, and if any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Parties are prohibited.
