1.) Wifi is unusable. In an apartment complex for students??

2.) Cell phone service is unavailable. We could never talk to our daughter on the phone while she was in the apartment.

Representative that gave the tour was very helpful but the office operations seemed chaotic and it was very noticeable. Based on recent reviews, it’s clear there are mixed signals or fake reviews being left? Pricing is a bit above average, but definitely would be willing to pay the pricing if the quality of management reflected such. Lots of pros as far as what is offered but It seems staff is hard to keep, not inclined to lease somewhere with revolving staff that doesn’t even want to deal with… the place. It is always a hassle to deal with the crappy management here. Parking, trash pickup, mail delivery, it’s all difficult and annoying. For how much it costs, it just shouldn’t be this bad. They just decided to switch internet providers in the middle of the semester and there’s been no wifi for weeks. This is not a good place to live, look somewhere else.

I came in to tour the property and was stunned by how professional the front desk staff was. I also took a tour with Mateo, who was super helpful.
