I renewed my lease because my first year here was positive, but my experience afterward changed significantly. Over time, I became disappointed with both the condition of the property and the management team's responsiveness.
Safety and security concerns, recurring maintenance issues, and poor property upkeep have made the community feel neglected. Common areas are often not maintained to the standard residents should expect, and concerns raised by residents do not appear to be treated as a... priority.
The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of effective communication and customer service from management. While the property initially showed promise, the overall decline in maintenance, security, and resident experience has led me to conclude that I would not recommend this community to others.
