I like living here. I don’t like that someone of my floor keeps letting their dog poop on the hallway and they leave it there. It’s also a little concerning that the elevator and gate is taking so long to fix. More the gate than the elevator honestly.

So far, we've had a good moving experience. The elevator closest to us has been down due to a bad rainstorm, and there were a few minor issues in our unit when moving in, but other than those things, everything else is great.

Really good so far. The leasing office team is very efficient and works really well. Although I just moved in, Modera Washington is very comfortable and inviting.

Great place to live, Apartments are great and everything is close with a lot of options as restaurants, bar, parks and a lot of different places.

Desde el momento en que entré, el ambiente acogedor y moderno me hizo sentir como en casa. La decoración era contemporánea y cada rincón estaba cuidadosamente diseñado para maximizar el espacio y la comodidad.
La cocina contaba con electrodomésticos de última generación, lo que facilitó la preparación de comidas. Además, el área de estar era amplia y luminosa, ideal para relajarse o recibir invitados.
La ubicación del apartamento también fue un gran plus, ya que estaba cerca de tiendas,... restaurantes y transporte público, lo que facilitó mis desplazamientos por la ciudad.
El servicio de mantenimiento y la atención al cliente fueron impecables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier consulta. Sin duda, recomendaría este apartamento a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y placenta
