Management has gone down the drain. They do not fix problems when you ask, and do not care about the living conditions in your apartment.

Location gives amazing access to any other location since it’s right off highway. Only downside to that is highway is loud. I’m more upset about move out policies. They overcharge everything upon move out. I had no pets, single, worked out at sea so very rarely ever there. Upon move out they said I owed the almost $2000. Don’t ever expect to get your “deposit” back. You are depositing it into their account. Multiple people have complained about this. I wish I would’ve trusted the other reviews... before moving here.

Save yourself from getting treated like trash from the lazy and rude office staff. Grounds going downhill. Stray cats & residents allowed to create their own trashy landscaping. Dog poop everywhere. Used to be great here. New management will run it into the ground.

Been here for a few months and we love it! We are new to apartment living so people coming in was awkward. Just need to remember to lock the top lock lol. They make it fun here, with bingo, pool parties, sometimes provide breakfast etc. There are a few small things I wish I could change like our crooked stove burners haha. And the washer and dishwashers are pretty loud but those are small issues. The main issue I have is being discussed because it’s a more difficult issue that I’m sure will... eventually get figured out but the staff is AMAZING! Very nice people! And the neighbors I’ve met are very nice as well. It felt like home since the day we came to do a tour and hopefully we can call Riverwood home for many more years to come! May sound cheesy but it’s true! :-)
