Great experience overall. Amenities are spectacular. The coffee and pool are my favorite but also the gym is state of the art. However, I'm disappointed the management team would not work with me to allow me to stay longer at a more affordable rate.

I loved this community. It was beautiful and the floor plan was just what I was looking for. I was even willing to go over my budget just because I was so in love. Then the problems came! I agreed on the look & lease special which allowed me to file an application within 24 hrs. Shawna told me that I could do it online and just skip the payment process to bring it in. After calling Shawna and confirming they had my application printed out, I find out that they had NOT received my application and… that I needed to fill everything out AGAIN and bring it in with the payment. Once I got there, I found out that I could not lease myself and needed additional income. Shawna continued to answer my questions while not being certain and backtracking, asking Vince. I honestly felt like she was just telling me what she thought I wanted to hear at the time. So I get the additional income info and after that I'm told that I would need to pay a higher bond price than the original plus a completely 2nd deposit. Once again, I talk to Shawna and she tells me that she has no idea why or how and gave me info for the creditor company to ask them. I call them and they tell me that it is based on the apartments policy. So I call OPT back and ask to speak with Vince, then he breaks it down and explains the situation. What he said made sense but the only problem is that I was not forewarned about this possibility. Shawna was friendly and smiling in my face by kept on leaving out little details. As previously stated, I loved the property but I WILL NOT give another dime to a company that I feel is shady and not trying to do what's best for me. So good property, but BE CAREFUL!! Read More
