My boyfriend and I rented a 1-bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is very calm. The staff are very friendly and quick with the maintenance order we had.

Nice apartments, not worth the credit hit that will come after you move out! I was not contacted once,no email, no calls, no mail (and yes they had my new anddress) about owing, was NEVER sent any damage report. A YEAR after moving out I get a notification from CREDIT KARMA saying I was sent to collections! Called the apartment and they conveniently are under new management and cannot give me any information called the collections agency and said I have 2 DAYS to pay and they wouldn’t even tell... me what the chargers were for! Before moving out I called to ask about move out process and I was NEVER told about a walk through by the front office making it seem like they knew exactly what they were doing. When I moved in I never had a formal meeting with any of the leasing agents and had to do everything online and they never did a walk through when I moved in, my move in day a woman came out (to my car) and just handed me keys took less than 5 minutes.
