The maintenance guy’s Jose Jr being the point guard is always a hit. He is very good at his job and gets things done in a timely manner so biiiiiiiig thanks to our maintenance team!!!!

Your rent is just the minimum amount, management only cares about money and every month finds new ways to charge you. There are a lot of better options in the area. I only lasted a year here

Horrible roach infestation. Disgusting. We moved in and noticed roaches living INSIDE the stove. Moved out 4 days later. Management was extremely difficult to work with. Total catfish apartment.

terrible roach problem, spraying does no good. upstairs neighbors sound like a herd of elephants and they don't care and the office won't do anything about it

The parking is terrible, not enough visitor parking and your landscaping is terrible as well. Seems like no one works on weeding and taking out plants.
