The Park at Research Forest

I lived at The Park at Research Forest for over two years. While the apartment itself was nice, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor management and maintenance.

Management was often inconsiderate, unhelpful, and unprofessional. There was a strong focus on towing vehicles and charging extra fees, rather than supporting residents. Maintenance issues were not handled in a timely manner—several problems I reported multiple times over the course of my lease were never fixed.

While... one staff member, Charlene, was consistently kind and helpful, my experiences with other members of the management team were negative and unpleasant. I also witnessed unprofessional behavior toward residents, which made the environment uncomfortable.

For the price, I expected much better service and responsiveness. This is a very expensive complex, and I don’t feel the management quality matches the cost.

There are many other apartment communities in the area—my advice is to look around and not settle. Read More

I stayed at the Park at Research Forest for 3 months during summer for my internship. I really enjoyed my stay here. The area is very beautiful, safe and well maintained. My repair requests were handled timely. Staff is super nice, professional and friendly.

Management at this property are useless. They fumbled their way through resigning my lease on multiple occasions, and they do absolutely nothing about noisy neighbors. They'll lie and "act" stupid when you prove their excuses as just that... excuses!

I am truly thankful and very grateful for finding this best kept gem. Not only is my apartment so chic and “FANCY” but VERY affordable for this college student. Close to Market Street, Woodlands Mall, but I honestly never really leave my apartment because the office staff is always throwing mix and mingle and resident events. Never witness a team truly love what they do and it shows as they won Houston Property of the Year. The staff is so sweet, quick to handle maintenance issues, the AWESOME... gym is unlike no other, and my little schnauzer can go a few steps out the door to her FANCY dog park. Property is in the heart of the Woodlands, super quiet, friendly residents and an amazing staff that has yet to let me down in over 4 years of my tenancy. All of the leasing office personnel and maintenance staff are always on top of any issue, should it arise...haven't really had many issues, which is a breath of fresh air. Always smiling and always super friendly. With monthly get togethers, there's no reason for you not to know your neighbors or at least make a few acquaintances. Live here,... if you want stress-free, no hassle service.
