I’ve lived in these apartments for about 8 months now and I’ve got to say it’s pretty great! It’s pretty quiet but an occasional emergency vehicle or car with heavy bass can be slightly heard. The people living here are nice and very friendly. I’ve gone through two groups of neighbors, some with kids and some without, and they all seem to be content by themselves but aren’t afraid to chitchat occasionally. Management is very friendly and give plenty of notice when they are updating something… around the apartment complex or spraying for roaches (by the way, roaches were a problem when I first moved in but the property managers kept spraying to keep them away and I haven’t seen them in over 3 months). There is always someone nearby to help with an emergency maintenance request, usually getting here within 15 minutes, or the next morning if it’s not an emergency. All in all, the apartments are a steal for the rent price. I sure hope this review helps this place because it’s great!
