The amenities are nice. Though we haven’t been able to try any yet. But maintenance has been a bit lack luster. It took us almost half of our first month, before we got the trash can they REQUIRE you to have. Freezer is broken and we haven’t heard back from them yet about anything. Office staff is very nice though.

I’ve only been here at few weeks, but I truly love how nice and quiet the community is. I’m very happy that I chose to live here. The leasing staff has been professional and helpful.

Even though its a gated community gates are always open. Not well maintained.

Thank you for your feedback. The gates have been an ongoing challenge, as they are occasionally damaged by vehicles and knocked off track. We do have signage in place explaining how to properly use them, and we continue working to improve their... reliability. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
