Unclear Policies
I experienced ongoing issues with the guest parking system at this property beginning in January, despite making multiple attempts—both by email and in person—to get clarification and resolve the problem.
My lease outlines guest limitations in terms of days (e.g., 3 days per week), but the parking system is enforced separately using hourly limits that were not clearly defined in my lease documents. I was later told there was a monthly hour limit and specific reset cycle, but I received multiple... , conflicting explanations—both in person and in writing—about how those limits worked and when they reset.
While the lease references that community policies can be updated, those policies were not clearly or consistently communicated in practice. As a result, I was repeatedly denied the ability to register visitors even when, based on the information I had been given, I should have had remaining time available for that specific vehicle. Even after the stated reset period, I continued to be denied access with no clear explanation.
I reached out several times throughout January, including multiple email and in person follow-ups, but stopped receiving responses after January 30. These concerns went unaddressed for months.
I only received a response in April after formally requesting to be released from my lease. At that point, the focus shifted to enforcing lease terms rather than addressing the ongoing issues and inconsistencies I had been experiencing since January. I was also directed to contact a third-party parking provider for clarification, taking zero accountability despite the parking policy and provider being enforced by the property itself.
Because this system directly impacts the ability to have guests, the lack of clear communication, inconsistent explanations, and delayed responses significantly affected my experience living here and contributed to my decision to move out early.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.
