It’s been good the community is quiet residents are respectful. The office staff are nice and respectful and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. Overall a good place to live.

Not super amazing but, not terrible at the same time. Parking was a HUGE issue at the beginning but it has gotten way better. The management transition has been pretty smooth but they still have work to do.

the property is just okay. the change in management has been annoying but we’re all trying to adjust. so far not major complaints. the neighbors can be quite obnoxious at times.

the complex has been okay. the change in management really threw us all for a loop. and this gate situation is ridiculous. people park ANYWHERE, car port that they don’t pay for, and in handicapped. No towing company available. Just veryyyyyy annoying.
