I really enjoyed living at The Standards At Champions. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the staff/maintenance team was always responsive when I needed help. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid apartment in Houston, Texas.

Pros champions has been so wonderful to me I have been living in this property for 2 years and I love it! Charde the property manager has really changed this place around for the better and the team she hired in the office are so wonderful!

Put in a work order for my apartment number to be replaced it’s missing a whole
Number work order was completed and closed a month ago and number has not been replaced. When calling the office no one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message no one ever calls back
I left a review 6 months ago the manager told me to call him well I didn’t and left about 5 messages for him to call me and I’m still waiting on that call. I even stopped by the office and was told he’s working at the sister... property Tuh! You are fixing another property when yours is not up to par
