Great place to call home

I moved in here a couple of months ago and at first I was not a fan of all the work going on around the property. Now, I'm happy to see what it's turned into. The staff is great and I love being close to everything. Good things are happening here.

A Serious Maintenance Issue Left Unresolved for a Year — What Future Tenants Should Know

I reported a major water issue over a year ago with no action until now. Maintenance exposed severe damage, including concerning mold-like growth, and a third-party inspector said, “This is bad.” Management offered another unit but no financial help, leaving all displacement and moving costs on me. Prospective tenants should ask about emergency support.

Great place to live

I've lived here a couple of years now, but recently I can confidently say that the team has improved and the overall perception of the community has gotten better. I'm excited about the recent upgrades. The office team has been very quick to address any maintenance issues. The commute is close to my job so I don't foresee leaving anytime soon.

Great Units and Location

For me, the property offers a excellent unit at an affordable price in Downtown. I commute to work and the access to both the tollway and 75 is extremely convenient. Also, being Downtown allows we to get to numerous surrounding areas quickly. Uptown, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville are all within 10 minutes of the property. The new renovations on the units are fantastic and really stand out. I live in an upgraded one bedroom loft unit and have plenty of space for… myself, my dog and my home office for when I work from home. The property has also recently undergone several renovations throughout that have addressed many old concerns left by previous owners.

Overall, this is a great community that is getting better and I look forward to renewing my lease.
