No smoking is allowed in the house and inside the building; a $500 penalty will be charged for smoking inside the unit, and guests will be asked to vacate. No drugs are allowed on the premises, and alcohol is permitted only if not used excessively. Unauthorized parties will incur a $250 charge. Guests are responsible for taking their belongings and organizing used towels and bed sheets, as well as trash and leftovers.
