If you were given a parking pass and it was not returned, you will be charged a $500 replacement fee. No smoking is allowed in the house and inside the building, and you shall be charged a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit and asked to vacate the unit. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties at our properties. No cats and dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. For stays over 5 nights, a basic criminal background check is required. The guest is responsible for taking all their belongings and putting together all the used towels and bed sheets in one place. Trash and any leftovers in the fridge/oven can be organized by the kitchen trash can, and an extra cleaning fee will be charged for any excessive cleaning that requires paying a 2nd cleaner to get the unit turned over for the next guest.
