Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading. If you were given a parking pass and it was not returned, you will be charged a $500 replacement fee. No smoking is allowed in the house and inside the building, and you shall be charged a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit and asked to vacate the unit. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties at our properties. No cats and dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. For stays over 5 nights, a basic criminal background check is required.
