All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on the guest list. Guests are required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number for emergencies. For long-term stays (28 days or longer), guests are required to complete a criminal background check for approval and a $500 trust and safety hold/charge, which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Guests who are 30 minutes past the listed checkout time will be charged a $50 fee, and guests who are late 2 hours or more will be charged the full rate for another night.
