No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite, and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.
