Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. If you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation. Breed restrictions may apply. A pet fee per pet will apply with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. Any guests that are 30 mins past the listed checkout time will be charged a $50 fee. If late 2 hours or more, you will be charged the full rate for another night.
