I recently moved here and every time I have a maintenance request, it's handled almost immediately. They are on top of things and I've had no issues in that regard. Units are updated and complex has everything I need.

I pay monthly for pest control. I made a request a month ago, and still no spray. I have ants everywhere, and no it’s not because the unit is dirty. They’re coming from outside, but management doesn’t care. If I stopped paying for pest control that would be a huge problem though. Not worth the cost to live here.

There is no elevators and it is very difficult to haul anything up to 2nd and 3rd levels.

I'd recommend based on the high quality features and overall quality of the apartment itself. I wouldn't recommend based on location, community environment, or social aspects.
