The DART Train Station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. Smoking or open flames are prohibited and will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. Parties or events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed, and unauthorized extra guests will incur a fee. Guests must remove their garbage, and any fines related to garbage or automotive issues imposed by the apartment complex or city are the guest’s responsibility.
