There is potential for residual noise from many different areas of the building. The DART train station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee. No smoking, vaping, marijuana, burning candles, incense, or any open flames are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties or events are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. A $75 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time.
