Roach infested
I really wanted to move into these apartments because the staff seem very professional and helpful when I tour them.
I ended up moving in these apartments and it has been a nightmare. The apartment was given to me extremely dirty. It didn’t even look like it had been professionally cleaned. Plus the unit that they told me I would get was not the unit that they gave me after my lease was signed, which is a bait and switch tactic. The problems really came in after I discovered roaches in my unit.... The infestation got really bad and the city of Dallas had to get involved. I still am battling the roach infestation, and once the city of Dallas got involved, the staff was very rude. I would not recommend these apartments.
