Complimentary garage parking is available for 1 vehicle, with visitor parking also available for extra vehicles. Other nearby attractions include the American Airlines Center (~10 minutes), Perot Museum of Nature & Science (~10 minutes), Klyde Warren Park (~9 minutes), and the Dallas Zoo (~15 minutes). Dallas Love Field Airport is approximately 12 minutes away.
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 AM or the agreed-upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. There is a $150.00 fine for evidence of pets inside the property. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors; a $500 fine will be issued for violations. If you must smoke, please do so in the designated area assigned by the building. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people staying in the unit. Guests will be charged accordingly if personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. All windows and doors should be locked when not at home. Please turn off all lights when not in use and be mindful of utility use. Garbage is to be disposed of in the garbage chute located on every floor. There is a $10 charge for every guest after 2. A $100 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox.
