Seychelle is a co-founder of “Her Best Life”, a national women’s group that hosts annual events and is comprised of some of the top female business leaders and influencers in the nation. The organization is on a mission to Amplify the voices and lives of women in business around the world and has given over $60,000 back to women run business since its inception in 2019. She is the co-host of the Empire Building podcast. This global podcast has surpassed 800,000 downloads and won the prestigious Inman News “2021 Podcast of the Year”. Seychelle hosts regular webinars to train real estate agents. She is considered a real estate insider and thought leader. She has taught and presented on most major real estate main stages in the US: Bigger Pockets Podcast, InvestHer Podcast, NAR’s Top 30 Under 30, Keller Williams Mega Camp and Family Reunion, Realogy National Conferences, and local, regional, and national events. Prior to joining Van Poole Properties Group in 2004, Seychelle worked in advertising at agencies in New York, Austin, and Dallas, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. Seychelle spends her time in Dallas/Fort Worth and Northern Michigan and loves to travel with her husband, Nick, daughter, Quinn, and their mostly sweet and a little salty dog named Hatari. In her spare time, she’s learning to cook, reading WWII biography novels, running while binging podcasts, knitting, sewing, creating art, dreaming of skiing, playing with friends over a glass of wine or attempting to keep her gardens in each location fruitful.
