Great place to live, the property is clean inside and outside. The location is central and an easy commute for work or entertainment. The maintenance team responds timely and is friendly and helpful. The office staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and responds quickly when needed. The monthly resident activities are thoughtful and a fun way to meet our neighbors.

Move-In Experience

As a young professional, Alexan at the Galleria checks every box. My commute is easy, the units are modern with great finishes, and the building feels secure and well-managed. I work from home often, and the coworking spaces make a huge difference. It’s quiet when it needs to be, but it’s also close enough to restaurants and nightlife for when you want to get out. I couldn’t ask for a better blend of work and play.

Touring the Alexan by the Galleria

I toured The Alexan by the Galleria with Coral this week, and wow—what a stunning property. The green, modern aesthetic immediately caught my eye, and the location couldn’t be better. Being just steps from the Galleria Mall is a huge plus, especially since I work in the North Dallas/Addison area and want to stay close.
They’re offering some incredible concessions right now, and the Look & Lease special is almost too good to pass up. I’m still exploring a few other options, but this community is... definitely at the top of my list.

Beautiful Property

I toured this stunning property with Coral and fell in love! She was amazing! The property has a green, modern aesthetic that immediately caught my eye, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall which is a huge plus if you’re in the North Dallas/Addison area and want to stay close. I’m still exploring a few other options, but this community is definitely at the top of my list.
