Its been a great start so far. Amenities are fantastic, especially the gym and pool. Jimmy from maintenance has been on top of any issues. Awesome place to live!

Best team ever
Jimmy and the maintenance team are incredible! Our office staff is great as well and always so kind. We've loved loving here the past couple of months and fully exoect to renew when our lease is up!

Our time at Alta Park has been great so far. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Any time we have had a maintenance issue it’s been taken care of quickly. Jimi especially has been amazing and is always available and responsive with any concerns we have had. We really appreciate having such a great team looking out for us.
