My experience at Ascent Victory Park has been disappointing. While the property itself looks nice, safety is a serious concern. My car was stolen from the garage, and management showed no empathy or urgency in addressing it. For the rent being charged, residents should feel secure and supported, not ignored. Until management invests in real safety measures and takes resident concerns seriously, I cannot recommend living here.

Living at Ascent Victory Park has been a great experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The building is well-maintained, and I really enjoy the amenities, especially the rooftop lounge and fitness center.
