Terrible. I don’t move because I’m lazy about it. But overall poorly maintained (not because of the staff, but likely because of budget), valet trash is gross and just another way to get an extra $50 per month, makes no sense to use a blower to clean the garages since they don’t remove dirt, they just blows the dirt on the cars. Elevators down for months, Air BnB is terrible for residents, all different lightbulb used in hallways and elevator landings.

My experience at Ascent Victory Park has been disappointing. While the property itself looks nice, safety is a serious concern. My car was stolen from the garage, and management showed no empathy or urgency in addressing it. For the rent being charged, residents should feel secure and supported, not ignored. Until management invests in real safety measures and takes resident concerns seriously, I cannot recommend living here.
