Overpriced apartments with parking issues and an infestation problem that management doesn’t seem to care about. Avoid at all costs

Barely any parking spaces, and when you do find one, it's a tight squeeze. Add an infestation problem, and it's a complete nightmare

It is like any other apartment on the inside: loud dogs and smells like weed. The location is pretty bad I wouldn't dare park my car outside the gate or let me my girlfriend walk around. I have seen people walking around Empire central in ski masks at night which is not comforting. On the topic of parking it's pretty awful. I don't think if this apartment was at 80% capacity it could fit all of the cars. There are probably 20 spots near the apartment that are constantly taken by the work from... homers, and the rest of the lot is compact spots (not everyone has a compact spot). This leads to a lot of car dings and unparkable spaces if someone isn't perfectly in the lines. They cut a lot of corners with trying to fit an apartment in the area they had. Read More
