Bachman Place

These apartments are trash, the water pressure is low for hot and cold water in kitchen and bathroom area, the parking lot fills up with water after it rains even a little bit, parking spots are gone by the end of business hours, the maintenance people don’t come and see what’s wrong with your apartment they don’t like taking work orders, there’s literally no office to talk to management about anything you would have to go to a whole different apt complex just to talk to management for Bachman... place apts. the windows are all unsealed you can literally feel air coming in and out. Unsafe living conditions. I had a fridge door fall on my foot after weeks of back and forth requesting them to fix it (Thank God it fell on me not my 5 yo toddler or my pregnant wife)

You will not be able to throw your trash away when it rains, as it floods half the parking lot for days at a time (with creatures eating off it)

Hot water will be off randomly for the entire weekend and no one will answer the phone
