Rent

Rent go up every year a 100 more so with that being said we don't see a different not a fresh coat of paint there's no parking spaces he make money off that situation by selling the Lil spot he have for reserve parking to tenants the list goes on and on theres no up to date appliances like dishwasher or any thing modern to much money for so less

Livable

I pretty much live here because I have to right now. First chance I get I'm gone!! That's one of my main focuses is getting better for my family right now. These apartments are livable though.

Do not lease here

Office has bad customer service. That maria lady is so rude she doesn't do her job. The maintenance guy never fixes anything. I've called the office and number after hours. But nothing has been done. I dont know how can I put in work orders so that they can actually be done. I'm not sure if they have a management company because maybe that's who I need to speak with. All my neighbors are always complaining about everything not working. People break into cars at night and nothing has been done.... There always shootout outside aswell. This is just not a good nor safe place to live.
