Very Cold

On the first day of the recent cold "weather event" we had here in Texas, I notified mgt that the heat in my apt was not working. They kept telling me that they would fix it. They haven't, and I finally figured out, after they told me again and again they would fix it, but have done nothing, that they have no intention of fixing it. Someone associated with them suggested I use my oven, which is a fire hazard.. For reasons I won't go into, I can't move and apparently they know that. The… countertops are just plywood covered with contact paper and the floors are cheap laminate laid over an uneven subfloor so the laminate breaks and crumbles, The contact paper wears off the plywood, and they do nothing.
They closed down the laundry roon for this section of the complex rather than insist the vendor fix or replace the machines. The service here is beyond bad. Unless you're looking for a short-term residence, avoid Brazos Mgt. They have othe apts, too, so be sure to check

Terrible company

Why is it that whenever I call they never answer the phone. And when I finally have a day off to go to their hours of operation no one is ever there. I swear they only have 1 person working at all times. I've had to wait hours before someone finally showed up and when they do they're already busy... the apartments aren't very well kept and when you move in everythings already having problems. They take forever to get to fixing it and when they do it's just a temporary fix. They spray for bugs or… so they say but I've started seeing roaches.

The Apartments and Staff Is NOT as BAD as Reviews Show

I have been here for 3 going on 4 years. YES, you need to purchase security cameras due to the open community and questionable guests. Anyone can come into the area. Management will work with you if you meet the income guidelines. It is not aesthetically pleasing, BUT if you are looking for a reasonable cost for your low income, clean apartments, maintenance well kept, good management, and understand street smarts, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This is a good stepping stone to get to where you… want to be. BE SMART in the community and keep a low profile, watch those who are befriending you to get your information=street smarts. I am still here, as a minority. IT IS A GOOD PLACE!
