I have lived here for 8 years and I'm get happy. staff is nice and the property is clean I don't have any problems.??

This place is so bad you have to get the city involve in order to get things fixed around here. Managers here are so rude and lazy. One of them blamed us for our a/c breaking when we barely even touched it. She was very rude and gives people attitude when you ask for things to get fixed. These managers don't care about the people here. They don't live here so, they don't know how it feels to live here while the place falls apart. When you're so scared to sleep because the ceiling is falling... apart right above you. When someone outside your place gets stabbed in daylight.
For your own safety and health, don't come live here!

For those looking into moving here.. DON'T!!! You will be deceived.. the pictures do not do this place justice, you will notice the place is falling a part, maintenance responds slowly or not at all, the office is hardly ever open except for days they collect their money, things are always breaking left and right, and you have to get the city involved in order to get it fixed in a timely manner, stairs disintegrating underneath your feet, causing it to collapse and injuring you.. That's what... happened to me, despite putting in numerous work orders to fix it, they didn't, and because of their negligence, the stairs crumbled underneath my feet as I was taking out my dog to go potty.. luckily I let go of the leash before I plummeted 2 stories onto the concrete, I was injured badly, my dog was fine, in the process of suing them.. Anyways do not live here, there are many things here you don't need, such as bugs, rats, cockroaches, bed bugs, rude staff, peeping toms, stalkers, oh and you can't forget murders, assaults, etc..Save yourself the trouble, and do not rent here, if you have kids and are thinking about moving to this place.. well, good luck to you.. I love the neighbors don't really have a problem with them, tha apartment price I reasonalable, but I can never get my maintenance man that's on da property to fix anything
