If your looking for place to live. choose something else there's a roach infestation,mold growing my ceiling, my restroom I've told these people to fix hasn't been fixed, when it rains the roof leaks and if the lights go out they charge you 100 $.

I've lived here since December and let this be a warning--DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am leaving at the end of the month. First of all, they had a homeless person living in the gated parking for about a week and never did anything about it. The leasing office told ME to call the cops, instead of them handling it themselves?????

THEN there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. My apartment reached 85 degrees inside, and I went back and forth with the leasing office for a long time until finally they brought in a... window unit. They never followed through and fixed the air conditioning OR called me back. I called the manager and was told she'd keep me updated and NEVER CALLED ME BACK. They said they had a professional coming to fix it and IT STILL IS NOT FIXED, this was like at least 3 weeks ago.

This place is disgusting and the management has got to be the WORST I've ever dealt with.

Save yourself the money and time and find somewhere nicer with air conditioning and management that follows through. Read More
