Clark Ridge Canyon

I have been living here for 3 years and I have had the best experience. This is a quiet, good staffing and safe place to have your family and kids to live in everything is perfect here !!.

I have lived at Clarkspring since it first opened about 5 years ago.
The previous management was non-existent ( no repairs, no response from management, no access to the exercise facility, etc.). We were pretty left on our own.
However, a new company, Valiant, has taken over. They have done more in a few months than the previous company did in 5 years. They are highly hands-on in listening and serving the residents. I just signed a new lease and look forward to continuing my residence here

I moved in Aug of 2021, and I have no complaints. I can allow my boys to play with other children without the fear of them being harmed. The neighbors are very friendly, the pool is nice and clean. The pictures that you see online are real and true. Marcie is extremely sweet, and always does her best to help with whatever you need. The property manager Natasha is awesome, and always keeps you updated through emails. They even have get togethers for all the neighbors so we can meet each other.... Love the Skybells and alarm package here. I work a lot so I'm not home much on the weekends. I'm able to see if someone even just drives by. Other residents can be rude and dirty leaving their trash all over the place for everyone else to clean up. There is a valet trash service that picks up but sometimes misses my apartment. That don't mean I'm going to leave my trash for rodents to get into. The office people are really nice. It's a great place to live.

I love it here. Everyone has their own opinions but I enjoy living here. Ebonie is very informative and willing to help. Marcee is a breath of fresh air and NaTasha is the best complex manager. They were all very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I treat people the way I want to be treated and I believe you get what you give. I have heard people speak so hateful to these women and they do well composing themselves. I bet it's the same people talking bad in reviews too. I'm glad I... took the leap of faith and moved here and didn't rely on the few not so great reviews and kept looking at the many great reviews.
